Course Designing
An effective course starts with purposeful planning. I use a structured process—grounded in ADDIE and SAM models—to analyze needs, align outcomes, and develop engaging content. I ensure it is learner-centered, relevant, and results-driven.
eLearning Development
An effective digital course blends engaging content and interactivity. I build modules with Articulate 360 and Synthesia, design multimedia in Canva, Filmora, and CapCut, and integrate assessments via Mentimeter, Quizizz, and Google Forms.
Content Writing and Editing
Clear, concise content is key to learner success. I storyboard learning journeys, craft instructional text for e-learning materials, and develop comprehensive facilitator's guides. As a Registered Editor & Writer (NBDB), I also copyedit and proofread to ensure accuracy and polish.
Training and Facilitation
Effective training builds confidence and competence. I onboard faculty on Canvas LMS and Google Workspace, coach general, business, and Aviation English proficiency, tutor ESL learners in speaking, grammar, and comprehension, and facilitate cross-cultural communication to unite diverse teams.
