Canvas Instructure LMS Training

I was tasked by the Dean of Undergraduate Studies at Air Link International Aviation College to develop and facilitate an online Canvas LMS training program for new General Education faculty. Using the ADDIE model, I conducted a needs analysis through consultations and surveys to identify key focus areas such as course setup, grading, and content integration.

I designed clear, measurable learning objectives and structured the training into modular lessons, including video tutorials, interactive demos, and knowledge checks. The course was built using Rise 360, Canva, and Loom, and included downloadable guides, cheat sheets, and embedded support links. After pilot testing with select faculty, the self-paced training was launched online, supported by live Q&A sessions via Google Meet.

Post-course evaluations and module-specific feedback informed updates to content clarity, navigation, and examples—ensuring a relevant, user-friendly experience for all participants.
