adidas Emerging Markets Onboarding Training Redesign

I was tasked with redesigning the onboarding training for Emerging Markets under adidas, supporting 11 sites across Southeast Asia, Korea, Turkey, South Africa, EMK, and other regions. The goal was to create a more unified and consistent training curriculum despite variations in local processes, ensuring that all new hires receive a standardized onboarding experience aligned with global expectations.

 

I reviewed existing materials across sites and led the restructuring of the curriculum, which involved editing, creating, removing, and reorganizing eLearning modules. I focused on aligning content not only with site-specific processes but also with adidas’ global standards and best practices. This required balancing consistency with flexibility, ensuring that essential knowledge remained standardized while still accommodating regional nuances.

 

The redesigned onboarding program resulted in a more streamlined and cohesive learning journey for new hires across Emerging Markets. By improving content alignment and structure, the training became more efficient, relevant, and scalable, supporting both operational consistency and a stronger foundation for agent performance.
