I designed and developed a self-paced eLearning module aimed at upskilling tenured customer service agents across the EU market. This project focused on enhancing emailing strategies through structured, scenario-based learning.
I created an interactive and visually engaging course that balanced clarity with practical application that leverages Canva, Articulate Rise 360, and Storyline 360. The training included scenario-driven knowledge checks that allows learners to apply best practices in realistic customer interaction contexts.
The program achieved a 100% completion and passing rate, demonstrating strong learner engagement and effective content design.
