I was tasked by the Dean of Undergraduate Studies at Air Link International Aviation College to develop a one-day, fully online onboarding program for new General Education faculty. Using the ADDIE model, I collaborated with HR to identify essential onboarding content, crafted learning objectives aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy, and designed the course using Rise 360 and Canva for a streamlined, engaging experience. Knowledge checks were embedded throughout, and the content was peer-reviewed by faculty and HR for accuracy and clarity. The program was launched via asynchronous access with a live Q&A through Google Meet. Post-training feedback and a follow-up survey helped refine the course for future iterations.
