
adidas Tegrityhub and GWC Video for Peak Season
I created a targeted instructional video to support the adoption of TegrityHub and improve GWC logging accuracy across the adidas EU operations team. This was a rapid-turnaround project initiated ahead of peak season, when cases related to lost parcels and refunds, and potential fraud, tend to increase. The objective was to clearly communicate the importance of accurate logging and consistent tool usage in protecting the business.
Working from a concise brief, I translated the requirements into a compelling, easy-to-follow video that combined strong visuals with memorable examples and associations. I focused on making the content both engaging and practical, ensuring that key concepts—such as identifying risk signals and correctly using TegrityHub, were not just explained, but clearly understood in real-world scenarios. The design emphasized clarity, visual impact, and relevance to day-to-day agent workflows.
The final output was well received by both stakeholders and the adidas EU team, who highlighted the video’s strong visuals and its ability to clearly connect behaviors to business impact. It is now being rolled out across operations to reinforce QA and continuous learning initiatives, supporting teams in maintaining accuracy, reducing risk, and delivering more informed, responsible service during peak periods.
